Documents Required for Online Company Registration
If you are interested in registering a private limited company in India, you must have proper documents proving your identity and address. The following is a list of the documents that will be accepted by the MCA for the online company registration process:
Identification and address proof
- Foreign nationals and NRIs must submit scanned copies of their PAN cards or passports
- Electoral ID, passport, and driver’s license scanned copies
- An image of a scanned bank statement, mobile phone bill, electricity or gas bill, or a mobile phone bill
- A scanned specimen signature of a passport-sized photograph (blank document with signature; only for directors)
Proof of registration
- Please upload a scanned copy of your most recent bank statement, phone bill, or electric or gas bill
- The scanned version of the English rental agreement notarized by a notary
- Scan of the owner’s no objection certificate
- In the case of owned property, a scanned copy of the deed of sale or property deed in English is required.
