A unique user name & password will be sent to the applicant’s registered mobile & email after entering personal information.

In order to file for professional tax, the applicant must create a self-assessment form.

To upload the application, you will need to upload the following documents:

  • A certificate of incorporation
  • A company’s Articles of Association and Memorandum of Articles (if it is a limited company)
  • Commercial Tax Department of Chennai certificate
  • Identification card with PAN
  • Details about the bank
